All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from Alpharetta, GA. Please allow 2-7 days for processing.

Please note, pick up day is not considered a transit day. If you need expedited shipping, please contact orders@unpunchd.com and we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
International:
Please note: Any international customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and vary based on location. Please contact your customs office for any inquiries regarding international import fees. Invoices will be created via Paypal to ensure custom fees are at the will of the buyer.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
The pickup day does not count as a day in transit. Expedited shipments may take one additional business day. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
LOST SHIPMENT
In the unlikely case that your package is lost or damaged during shipment, you are responsible to file the claim with the delivery carrier. We are not responsible for shipments with a forwarding address. In that case you must contact the forwarding service to locate your shipment. We are also not responsible for weather-related damage or delays. Once the package leaves our hands, unfortunately it is out of our control.
